Refer to the map for a general idea of the seating location of a particular graduate's level (doctoral, master's, bachelor's) during each ceremony.

Check-In Of Large Items

Stroller Guidelines

Seating areas cannot accommodate large strollers. If a stroller is required, it is recommended that you use a lightweight model.

Stroller Check-In

Stroller check-in is available for large models. Wheelchairs, walkers, and related equipment can be checked. See the University Events Center map.

Inform staff if you need accessible seating.

Guests with a disability can have one accompanying person.

Seating near graduates is available but not guaranteed.

Note: Texas State University reserves the right to alter the candidate seating arrangement as needed prior to the start of the ceremony.
